RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our goal is for you to be happy and we take pride in bringing you high quality products. However, online shopping can be tricky. So, in the unlikelihood that your product is not what you expected, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right for you. Please review our sizing guide and return policy prior to making a purchase.

 🐾 For an item to be eligible for an exchange, it must not be altered, worn or washed. It must be mailed back and received within 14 days from the original delivery date, with all tags attached and together with original proof of purchase. Once we receive the product, we will inspect for signs of wear or use. If deemed exchangeable, we will either refund or offer an exchange

 🐾 Given the nature of our fast selling products, we may not have the same product in stock to exchange your original item with. If so, we will be happy to offer store credit for you to select another item. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the original purchase date.

 🐾 The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for all orders and/or exchanges.

 🐾 While shipping your item back to us for an exchange, we are not responsible for lost packages if they do not deliver to us. We recommend getting a tracking service on the package.

 🐾 Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Sorry, no exceptions. 

 🐾 In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty, please send us an email within 48 hours to info@franklymydali.com.au with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase OR original order reference number
  • Date of purchase
  • Items damaged 
  • Include images of the damaged box and damaged item.
